I would keep him and see where he lands.  You don't need to start him immediately and he will mostly likely end up in a better position than he was before with the Seahawks.

I've seen him close and make new accounts on the same message board before.

So it probably isn't serious though I do wonder why he closed that and where he's been since.

A guy I used to write wrestling articles with had a try-out dark match in WWE against Test - he went by Stephen Platinum. He'd said that even though they both were informed that Test was going to win, and that Stephen wasn't going to get any offense in, that Test was being stiff as hell and all-around acting like a shithead. He ended up saying "fuck it" and trapped Test in the corner, laying some stiff beatings on him of his own.

So he goes to walk backstage, and Tazz is standing there. He said he thought, "I'm a dead man". Tazz walks up to him, eyes him up and down, and sizes him up. "I'm a FUCKING dead man" he thought. Apparently, the next thing he knew, Tazz smiled really bright at him and hugged him. "We hate that mother fucker".

And already one of my bench guys (Housh) gets fired from his team. This speaks well for my odds....


Word is that he could be picked up quick, but I dunno if I should keep him for a week and see what happens or can him and get someone else. I'm leaning towards the latter.

I played him in SSF IV the other day but I don't think I did anything that would cause him to ragequit the internet.

Good question. I'm also confused why his name is "guested" out in the first post but then the "edit" message says by "Daffu". Did he cancel one account and have two?

And Bone - I think you're being too hard on yourself.   I don't know what it looks like but I think the content really is the key and the presentation/appearance can evolve over time. And heck, the content itself will evolve over time too as we all figure out exactly what we're going for.  So I'd say don't be too self conscious about this and just put it out and we can all give input and improve the thing over time. That's really a benefit of a group project anyway, that you can get that constructive criticism and keep making it better.

That said - I hope the color scheme isn't like orange text on a yellow background

I hear that. In fact, when I finally did get towards the end, I probably pushed through a bit harder just cause I REALLY didn't want to be "almost there" and get like spoiled the next day before finishing. Not that I really loved the final missions anyway (besides the story) though so I'm glad I did them in one night.  I can't believe I actually went 3 months without getting spoiled considering how much I talked about this game with others.

I've only played about an hour and a half but I can see how it will be easy to go a while without even doing any story missions and just play around.

Hours and hours.  You can spend hours and full gaming session just exploring, screwing around, doing some hunting, some ambient challenges (I swear you'll hear "HELP! I'm Herbert Moon" in your head!), and wanted missions.   You definitely want to make sure you get the lasso though for the full fun

Scare Glow was a post-cartoon character that didn't get any face time in the mini comics.  YEARS OF DEBATE happened over this character.  EVIL GHOST OF SKELETOR

Awesome, thanks for the origin story. I had no idea what was going on there. But I can at least understand what they were going for    I can only imagine the "years of debate" and how amusing that was
